On Sunday Nov. 15 2009
we attended the wedding of a dear friend.
Jessi got married
on the way there, the rain let up and a rainbow appeared
We hit the road early and stopped at D'n'D
"do-nuts mama! do-nuts dada!"
Passed out - notice the donut in his hand
Jessi, Amber & I are college buddies. We had many, many good times and I am so glad we remain friends as the years pass.
Jess loves Pashimas; so the chairs were adorned with them for the guests to have & wear
a combination of their 2 religions and traditions
A backdrop of Manhattan
Look at the giant chess set!
Mr. & Mrs. Roehl Empenstan
We finally got to meet 6 month old Nora Williams
Jessi and Ro made their own wine for all of the guests
A Phillapino tradition is the money dance. People line up to pin money on the bride or groom for a dance. Amber made these cute little shirts out of dollar bills and wrote each of the Fab 6 names on them.
A Jewish tradition, the Hora
Poor Ro; he held on for dear life!
Nora wakes up and Tripp is ready for bed
