Christmas summary

It's been a while since our last blog.......my excuse?
I think after 6 1/2 years my good 'ol laptop is starting to go :-(

I have been trying to upload pics but, it goes super slow and would often freeze during the process. So, after many task managers, re-starts and tons of frustration, I have decided to give you a summary. There are TONS of pictures from Christmas in Arkansas and New York, but due to my computer situation, I am only able to post some of them.

Christmas morning, we were sleeping on the hide-a-bed in Bob's mom's living room (Tripp was snuggled in bed with us); Amy, wearing a Santa's hat was bobbing around putting gifts in stockings and laying presents out under the tree. I was awake, but I stayed lying in bed and watched Tripp as he slowly started to wake up. Amy made some noise, Tripp turned just in time to sneak a peek at a Santa hat clad figure in the dark. He gasp and looked at me.

(whispering)

"Mama, look!"

"What is it?"
"San Cause!"

Benny, showing some Christmas spirit!

"I LOVE PRESENTS!"

Over this vacation we meet several new members of the family: Kids - Jackson and Linley and Aunt Natasha. Natasha is Jerry's daughter; a new step-sister and aunt.
She's awesome! :-)

The day after Christmas, we had a Lile family re-union. Travis and Taylor drove up from Texas and the Claybakers rallied in Little Rock so we could have a day of togetherness.

The next day we had a playdate with Van Ezell.
Van is the son of friends Tony & Jayme.
Later that night Bob & I went out for another reunion with some old college buddies!
(Tony joined us, but Jayme stayed home pregnant)

Meanwhile, Grandma Amy, Grandpa Jerry, Taylor and Uncle Travis dressed Tripp up in Cowboys gear and took these pictures.

A special Treat, Grandpa Bob and CuCu, took us onto the Air Force base to look at the airplanes!

We even got to sit in the cockpit of a C-130 Herc
